Use of the platform

HousingMoon provides software tools for real estate agents and agencies to manage, publish, and share property information. You must use the platform lawfully and only for listings, media, and information you are authorized to manage or share.

Agent responsibility

Agents are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership rights, permissions, and completeness of all property details, media, prices, availability, and contact information uploaded to HousingMoon.

Published property pages

When you publish a property page or agent profile, the information may be publicly accessible and may be shared, crawled, cached, or indexed by search engines and third-party platforms.

Clone requests

Clone requests allow one agent to request permission to reuse listing details from another agent. Approval creates a draft under the requesting agent. The requesting agent remains responsible for reviewing and updating the cloned listing before publishing.

Prohibited use

You must not upload false, misleading, illegal, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, or unauthorized content. You must not misuse authentication, analytics, media upload, public links, or contact features.

Account suspension

HousingMoon may restrict, suspend, or remove access if an account violates these Terms, misuses the platform, uploads harmful content, or creates risk for users, buyers, agents, or the platform.

Service availability

HousingMoon is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue features as needed for security, reliability, legal, or product reasons.
