How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to support@housingmoon.com from your registered account email. Include your name, account email, and any property or profile links you want reviewed.

What may be deleted

Deletion may include your account profile, uploaded media, property records, unpublished drafts, published pages, inquiries, clone request records, and app analytics tied to your account, subject to operational, legal, and security requirements.

Public and indexed content

Published property pages and agent profile links may have been shared, cached, screenshotted, indexed by search engines, or stored by third parties. HousingMoon can remove or unpublish content from our platform, but we cannot control copies outside our systems.

Verification and timing

We may verify your identity before deleting data. We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time unless retention is required for legal, security, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons.
