How HousingMoon handles data.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, profile photo, company name, location, and agent profile details. We also collect property information, uploaded media, published property pages, inquiry details, clone request activity, analytics events, and technical data such as IP address, browser, device, and page interactions.

Authentication data

HousingMoon supports email/password login, Google Sign-In, and mobile OTP through Firebase Authentication. Firebase verifies identity, while HousingMoon maintains the application user account, session, profile, and business data.

How we use information

We use information to provide the HousingMoon service, create public property and agent pages, support login, improve product reliability, display analytics to agents, prevent misuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Analytics, cookies, and Google tag

HousingMoon uses Google tag and basic application analytics to understand page views, contact clicks, WhatsApp clicks, agent profile views, and platform performance. Cookies, local storage, and service worker storage may be used for sessions, security, PWA behavior, and user experience.

Uploaded media and public pages

Property photos, agent photos, listing information, and public profile details may be visible on public links when an agent publishes them. Agents are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload and publish any media or listing data.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate HousingMoon, including hosting, Firebase Authentication, analytics, and email or communication systems. Public listing pages are accessible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines.

Data deletion

Users can request account and data deletion by contacting support@housingmoon.com. See our Data Deletion page for the deletion process and important limitations for already-shared public or indexed content.
